Due to limited Opportunities, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a Package Purchase. This gives us the Conditions to fill the Seat . You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your Package Purchase, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours. You may also contact us before any such steps.The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the Package Purchase will incur a 30% fee.
If you are not happy with your package purchase, we will accept a return of a package product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item Aibce Education Hub will then give a full refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for Cancellations.
Aibce Education Hub will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as Distributors or Franchise partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.Clients have to mention valid reason for Cancellation request.
Aibce Education Hub also can change your package purchase details,besides cancellations,if some thing by mistake purchased.
